Swedish House Mafia announces 12 week residency at Ushuaia Ibiza

Swedish House Mafia lock down Ibiza Sundays with a massive Ushuaïa residency, heating up the flames for summer 2026

It is officially confirmed that Swedish House Mafia will be returning to Ibiza, the island that never stops partying in the summer. The global supergroup has announced a headline residency at Ushuaïa Ibiza, confirming to blast their iconic hits on Sundays from late June through mid-September 2026. The trio has once again positioned itself at the center of the rave island.

The residency has marked Swedish House Mafia’s fifth time headlining Ushuaïa Ibiza since reuniting, a flex on most touring artists in the industry. Over the years, Axwell, Steve Angello, and Sebastian Ingrosso have helped reshape Ibiza’s modern club identity from their pop up set at Cafe Mambo to Pacha in the 2000’s, and this return feels like they’re doing it again without hesitation.

The group has described Ibiza as a creative home, and their announcement has leaned into that sentiment. Fans have been promised a reunion fueled by gratitude, nostalgia, and new memories, which has translated loosely to “arrive early, leave emotionally altered.” The residency has already been framed as a shared celebration between artists and audience, with many surprises standing by.

Visually, Swedish House Mafia has continued to evolve. Their 3.0 era has arrived in full force, complete with brutalist design cues and cinematic production inspired by their sense of fashion and architecture. In practice, the shows have looked less like traditional DJ sets with expected LED visuals and pop-up sounds and more like minimalist art installations that just happen to feel inspired.

That aesthetic shift has followed a year of headline-grabbing performances. Over the past year, the trio has conquered Arthur Ashe Stadium, a Mexican bullring on Halloween, and a working cargo terminal in San Francisco on New Year’s Eve—proving that no venue has been too serious or too strange.

Now, Ushuaïa Ibiza has once again become the stage. With twelve Sundays locked in, Swedish House Mafia has delivered one of many residencies to look out for. Ibiza has already been locking in opening seasons in late April with Hï and Amnesia locking in their artists to kick off summer 2026 and John Summit taking the Mondays at UNVRS.
