Electronic music pioneer Carl Cox has announced a highly anticipated Ibiza residency at UNVRS, making history as the first solo artist confirmed for the venue. He will take over the decks every Sunday from June 22 to September 21, bringing his signature energy to Ibiza’s newest hotspot.

A true Ibiza icon, Cox is no stranger to the island’s dance scene. His legendary residency at Space Ibiza remains one of the most influential in clubbing history, solidifying his status as a global dance music powerhouse.

This announcement fuels even more excitement for the grand unveiling of UNVRS, a venue being marketed as a “Hyperclub.” Designed to push the boundaries of nightlife, UNVRS will feature immersive indoor environments, state-of-the-art technology, and an adaptable production setup that transforms for each event—all while showcasing breathtaking views of Ibiza’s iconic landscape.

My name is Alejandra Benitez and I was born and raised in the DMV. Having close proximity to Washington D.C. means I am accustomed to a fast paced environment as things are constantly changing. For me, the EDM scene has provided so much comfort and space to really find myself even amongst chaos. My first ever show was Zeds Dead and it truly changed my outlook on community and further affirmed my love for music. I am a basshead at heart but enjoy exploring new genres and artists. Being a writer for Exron has given me an amazing opportunity to learn more about the electronic music industry and I love being able to express myself creatively. Some of my favorite artists include Levity, Rezz, Tape B, Disco Lines, and Sub Focus.
