Rezz Fangirls Over Grimes and Shares Plans For Collab – [READ]

Rezz gets on her personal Twitter account to express her plans to work with Grimes on a track in the (hopefully near) future.

The Canadian producer has been on a hot streak with collabs, recently having worked with deadmau5, Dove Cameron, and PVRIS on various tracks. Her song, “Taste of You” with Cameron was accompanied by a hot music video in which the two musicians are pictured sharing a kiss. 

It’s not too hard to imagine what a collab between Rezz and Grimes might sound like, as Rezz notoriously dropped a remix of “Violence” to close out 2020. Grimes’ ethereal vocals combined with Rezz’s mesmeric midtempo sound is nothing short of earth-shattering.

Grimes has yet to speak out on the possibility of working with Rezz, but she’s been busy doing lots of other things, like shooting a TV show. Alongside Will.i.am, Alanis Morissette, Nick Lachey, and Rosci Dia, Grimes will be hosting a new singing competition series called Alter Ego.

We’re sure Grimes will jump at the opportunity to work with Rezz when the time is right. Both artists are champions for women in the music industry, and their combined energy would be unstoppable in the studio. While we wait for this epic collab to come to fruition, we can look out for the Grimes x Chris Lake collab that the two keep teasing.
