SUNSET 2.0 RESCHEDULES YET AGAIN TO DECEMBER

Despite efforts to move the Memorial Day weekend event to 4th of July weekend, Sunset 2.0 will yet again be rescheduled. This time, Christmas weekend will host Sunset 2.0: The Gift Edition at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. The festival will take place on Saturday December 26th and Sunday the 27th.

The good thing about hosting a festival in Florida is that weather won’t hinder rescheduling. As some festivals have been forced to postpone until 2021, Sunset 2.0 is planning to still take place this year. The festival put forth the following statement on social media.

Unlike many other festivals taking the fall due to COVID-19, the Disco Donnie Presents event will continue to offer refunds to those who can’t make the new date. They’re even offering an incentive to fans who choose to keep their tickets. Fans who retain their tickets and attend Sunset 2.0: The Gift Edition will receive a $25 food and beverage credit, a $25 merchandise credit coupon, and the first opportunity to buy Sunset 2021 tickets at the lowest rate.

The festival asks that all refund requests be processed through this link. Additional information about Sunset 2.0: The Gift Edition may be found on their website.

I've been a part of the dance music scene for nearly a decade and with Exron for more than half of that time. My first event was Diplo's Mad Decent but these days you'll find me at Club Space or the Brooklyn Mirage. Some of my top artists are G Jones, Tipper, Of The Trees, and CharlestheFirst. My favorite genres are techno, experimental bass, and ambient but I'll get down to anything with a beat!

What's your reaction?
