John Summit Drops Fire Remix of Kaskade & Deadmau5 Collab “Escape”
John Summit has done it again with another fire remix this time, of Kaskade and Deaudamu5’s Kx5 collab “Escape” out now.
The day is finally here and John Summit has released his remix of Kaskade and Deaudamu5’s song “Escape”. Fans got to hear this exclusive remix live in the desert in the desert in Sahara Tent at Coachella. The infamous dating app for people in the LGBTQ+ community Grindr was even spotted on Twitter thanking John for the release of this song as a “pride month gift”.
In addition to this remix, John Summit has also released his full EDC set which can be listened to on both Youtube and Soundcloud. About six minutes into the set John transitions into playing his “Escape” remix in which the camera pans to show fans enjoying the song. One of the fans is holding up a poster of Ike from South Park stating “Ike Summit does my taxes”, a high probability considering Summit is a certified public accountant.
In addition to John Summits’ rendition of “Escape,” Subtronics also created a magical way to remix Kx5’s latest single. Interestingly, Subtronics took to Twitter a few days after EDC to thank John Summit for providing him with the stems to the music so that Jesse was able to make his own remix. We love seeing producers supporting one another in their artistic endeavors.
Next up on Summit’s DJ stops are his many performances outside of the U.S. including those in Romania, Spain, Italy, the UK, Canada, and many more. Summit’s reach is international and he is known worldwide for his amazing sets. It will be exciting to see how he will improve his game and how fans will continue to react to this vibey remix.
