Guy Gerber Responds to Allegations of Sexual Assault and Takes Legal Action

Guy Gerber responds to allegations of sexual assault by suing the accuser and music producer Mavi De Mars for slander.

Israeli producer Guy Gerber takes legal action against Mavi De Mars for slander in response to her allegations of sexual assault. Recently, producer Mavi De Mars came forward with accusations against Guy Gerber. De Mars accused Gerber of drugging and proceeding to assault her in 2013 in Mykonos, Greece.

Guy Gerber responded to this accusation with a defamation lawsuit against De Mars accusing her of slander against him. In multiple posts, Guy Gerber shares his perspective stating that he remembers meeting De Mars and that no such incident occurred. He then continues to share that he has taken this case to the Spanish courts where he intends to take this defamation lawsuit.

In a statement by Gerber’s lawyer Jaime Campaner, he states that Mavi De Mars “is trying to ruin my client’s honor and fame with a smear campaign that seeks to destroy him”. This wording is very particular and used to indicate why they are moving forward with a defamation lawsuit. Mavi De Mars has yet to respond to this impending lawsuit but has not withdrawn her accusation.

Some Instagram followers have continued to support him while others are questioning why he must bring this information about De Mars onto Instagram. Despite this allegation, Gerber has continued to promote his music and the shows that he has been playing. This is an ongoing lawsuit and developing story that still will continue to be monitored as new information comes out.

Gerber has decided to take this case in a specific direction and give his own narrative of the story. By choosing to involve lawyers and the courts he is taking his own precautions to protect his name and deny these claims.
