Starting on Friday, March 27th at 8pm GMT, Beatport will broadcast a live, 24-hour global DJ marathon featuring 24 popular artists including Carl Cox, Bonobo, Griz, Nora En Pure, RUFUS DU SOL, A-Trak, and more. All artists will be performing their sets in the comfort of their own homes during this quarantine.

“Over the past few weeks, we have seen so much of humanity come together as one to battle the escalation of the Covid-19 virus in an effort to protect the most vulnerable. With so many of us sheltered in our homes, wanting to stay connected to the people and music that plays such a positive role in our lives, Beatport and the passionate DJ community we work with on a daily basis feel compelled to deliver a unique music experience directly into homes across the world”, commented Beatport’s CEO, Robb McDaniels.

During this live Twitch stream, viewers can make donations that go directly to benefit COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund for WHO, and as an extra thank you, Beatport will be randomly selecting donors to give away special merch and gear.

Beatport will also provide track IDs as songs are played in order for fans to purchase to support independent artists and their labels. Thanks to Beatport, we can still feel united under the power of music while giving back to those who need it most in this critical time.

An Atlanta gal chasing her love for electronic dance music. I’ve been with Exron since 2018 and have the privilege of contributing to the culture alongside other badass women whom I now call my friends. My introduction to the scene was first influenced by trap music, but my discography has since expanded to touch a bit of everything. Some of my favorite artists are Zeds Dead, Cloonee, Nghtmre, Flume, Infekt, Sosa, Bleu Clair, Subtronics, but the list goes on forever.
