Jauz Set to Launch Virtual Concert on Twitch and Youtube

As chum for his Danger Waters Tour, Jauz has teamed up with Wave for a virtual concert on YouTube and Twitch, set to take place on January 8th 2020. As a quick sidebar for non-gamers, Twitch is a community-building online platform for video game aficionados. You can follow certain gamers on Twitch or subscribe to their channels, watch them merk people POV-style, as well as interact with proud nerds from all over the world – some are there to chat with homies, some are there to connect with followers/fans, but most are there to spawn and re-spawn for love of the game.

This virtual concert, a project Jauz and Wave are extremely excited to launch, is merely the inauguration to what’s in store for 2020. On January 17th, Jauz is set to drop his EP, the prelude to his 38-stop tour which begins in Australia and later culminates in Miami at Bayfront Ultra.

The virtual concert will focus specifically on engagement with fans as Jauz’s real-time avatar navigates the graphics of shark-infested waters. Fans can also expect the unveiling of tour details and surprises during the livestream. For those that seek a more immersive experience, personalized avatars can attend via Wave’s VR and PC desktop apps that are supported on Steam for Windows Mixed Reality, HTC Vive, and Oculus Rift.

Heralding from sunny South Florida, I am a proud Florida Woman. In my free time, I surf the swamp, wrangle gators, open fan mail, and tend to my pets. In the wild, I'm most often spotted at immersive art spaces, step tappin' in a shadowed corner of the club, hater blockerz on, totally incognito as your resident EDM spice girl. Although I generally tout my spicy side, if there's one thing I'd love to impress upon the world, it would be this: it's not a waste to give love to those who do not deserve it – it's a gift. The world would be a better place if we gave, in kindness and in mercy, to those who need it most with no expectation in return.
