Tomorrowland’s CORE concept returns to Medellín, Colombia in 2025

A house and techno celebration like no other, CORE Concept has announced its plans for Medellín, Colombia in 2025.

Tomorrowland has revealed that it will bring its iconic, nature-infused CORE concept back to Colombia in 2025. Scheduled for February 14-15, 2025, in Medellín’s lush Parque Norte, this two-day festival offers an exciting twist for music fans. Known for its distinctive blend of emotive soundscapes, CORE’s return will include 25+ top-tier artists. Undoubtedly, this event will mark a high point for Colombia’s electronic music scene.

Headlining the festival are some of the biggest names in underground dance music, with Agents Of Time, Âme, Paul Kalkbrenner, and Dixon among the key acts. Also playing across the two days are Carlita, ANNA b2b Vintage Culture, KETTAMA, and WhoMadeWho. With such a stellar mix of established talent and rising stars, CORE Medellín is set to deliver two unforgettable nights of electrifying music and atmosphere.

Central to the event will be the debut of this year’s CORE stage—a striking masterpiece designed to evoke human expression through its giant, intricate face. Fans may recognize the stage from Tomorrowland’s global festivals, but this year, Medellín will have its first original CORE stage. The iconic face design will unquestionably serve as a focal point, drawing crowds to celebrate the union of music, art, and nature.

CORE’s evolution from the beloved Tomorrowland stage to a standalone experience has been nothing short of remarkable. Born out of the festival’s enchanting forests, CORE has since expanded to feature a slew of acts, pushing musical boundaries while maintaining an ethos rooted in nature. With festivals like CORE Tulum and Tomorrowland’s flagship events, CORE has cultivated a loyal fan base. Certainly, the 2025 edition in Medellín will only further cement its illustrious legacy.

Having grown up just an earshot from Ultra Miami's venue Bayfront Park, it was next to impossible for me not to fall in love with electronic music. My love for music was evidently strong enough for me to write my college essay on festival culture and continue attending Ultra for 10+ years now. I have always had a knack for writing and the power of words, which I continued cultivating through a Philosophy degree in college. Now a law school graduate, I eventually hope to merge my passions by working in music law. I am an avid traveler and am certainly not afraid to hop on a plane for a music event. My next bucket list festivals to attend are Tomorrowland in Belgium and Sonus in Croatia. Though the list could go on forever, some of my favorite artists include Franky Wah, Mochakk, Kevin de Vries, and Eli Brown.
