What started in 2012 as a casual SoundCloud upload has grown into a full-blown Halloween tradition, with each mix kicking off the spooky season in style. Now, after 13 years, RL Grime has released his final entry, fittingly titled “Halloween XIII: The End.”

“Thirteen years of terror, What a ride it’s been” RL Grime mentioned while reflecting on the journey. Each Halloween mix has delivered RL Grime’s unique blend of haunting trap beats, unreleased tracks, and one-of-a-kind remixes. But it’s not just about the music; every mix has featured a surprise guest appearance from a celebrity, adding an unexpected thrill. Over the years, stars like Tony Hawk, Shaquille O’Neal, and even R.L. Stine, the mastermind behind Goosebumps, have made memorable cameos.

For this grand finale, RL Grime brought in Jack Black, whose over-the-top energy and humor fit the mix’s vibe perfectly. In true Black fashion, he starts things off by calling the mix “insane” and stated people were going nuts as he convinced them to play it in The Cheesecake Factory. To make it even more epic, R.L. Stine returns for a brief cameo making this a full circle moment.
