Fred Again.. to release new album about the ‘intimate’ moments of his life

Fred Again.. has revealed that his new album ‘Ten Days’ is about the “intimate” moments of his life, and will be released on September 6.

Recent details emerge about the Fred Again.. new album, set for release later this fall. The full-length feature, titled ‘ten days,’ is about the ‘intimate’ moments of his life.

Fred Again.. is no stranger to the spotlight, but this next album celebrates life outside of that. Amidst a year of “bigg (sic) mad crazy moments,” the London-born producer compiled personal periods to share with fans via ‘ten days.’

The name of the album pairs well with its ten tracks that chronicle ten days. Several previously-released Fred Again.. singles are on the album, with “adore u” and “ten” listed as tracks. This announcement also confirms his latest single with Anderson .Paak, “places to be,” will appear on ‘ten days.’

Along with the news, Fred Again.. unveiled the full track list for the album, as well as a stunning collaborator list. In addition to .Paak, contributions to the album come from Skrillex and Four Tet. Given his previous work with the artists, both individually and as a trio, this is certainly intriguing to fans.

Earlier this year, Fred Again.. was in Mexico finishing his album with Skrillex. The two then announced a surprise pop-up rave in San Francisco for a sold-out crowd of 25k attendees.

Though Four Tet skipped out on the event to play his own show, it’s unclear if his contribution on ‘ten days’ marks a return for the trio. Fred Again..’s forthcoming album will also feature collaborations with Sampha and The Japanese House.

Earlier this month, the musician played to a crowd of 75 in Pensford, Somerset alongside fellow Englander Amber Bain. He performed “new music” with a remix of her band’s single, “Sunshine Baby,” which was co-written by George Daniel, Charlie XCX’s fiancé. He also released a special Rooftops Sessions mix where he played in London for a set filmed and recorded in front of close friends and family.

The album ‘ten days’ is set for release on September 6, with pre-order available now. The album’s vinyl will be out on October 25, dubbing this next season officially “Fred Again.. fall.”
