LSDREAM confirms Sunday Light Code set at Electric Forest 2024
Prepare to elevate your Electric Forest experience with a special performance from LSDREAM’s LIGHTCODE alias.
LSDREAM confirmed he would be playing as his alias LIGHTCODE at Electric Forest on Sunday. He is scheduled on the lineup to play with Clozee under their collaborative project, LSZEE, on Saturday.
The LIGHTCODE set is not on the lineup, but Electric Forest is known for having tons of secret sets and special pop-ups. A fan tweeted “hoping @lsdream does a light set at EF.” LSDREAM responded and said, “I am! Sunday”
LSDREAM introduced his alias in 2020 as an ambient sonic landscape for your spiritual, emotional, and creative journeys. He said when you listen to LIGHTCODE tracks it should “raise your frequency, expand your consciousness, hit reset, and relax!!!”
LIGHTCODE sets involve a deep meditative sound bath run by LSDREAM. He has done them at Red Rocks, Okeechobee, Disclosure Fest, and Electric Forest in the past. He has people lie down on their backs while he plays entrancing and spiritual music.
The collaborative project was originally named PSYRYN, but they had to change it to LSZEE due to trademark issues in February after announcing it in December. They decided to stick to something familiar out of respect for the other artist and the law – LSZEE has been the name of the b2b playlists for years.
The Saturday LSZEE set will be the first time LSDREAM and Clozee will be debuting their collaborative project. The two have been absolutely thrilled to work together on music. LSDREAM said LSZEE “means so much to me on a personal and artistic level. I love Clozee so much. Creating such a deep and expansive body of work with one of my favorite artists is a dream come true.” Clozee has also expressed her excitement to work on the project and said, “We originally were working on a few collaborations, but we sonically click so much that we keep creating new songs. So it’s a dream to develop and create a whole musical experience together.”
