Dance Music’s Hottest New Female Duo: Girl Math = Nala + VNSSA

Nala and VNSSA have joined forces to become the punchy house music duo known as Girl Math.

Videos of their set had captured the signature curtains blowing in the wind as the crowd put their hands up and danced. Clips of the artists had shown the artists having as much fun as attendees as they played. Singer Billie Eilish had even found her way onto the stage during Nala’s “Not About You” and VNSSA’s “Rave Grave.”

Hailing from Miami and Newport Beach respectively, Nala and VNSSA have been rising in dance music with their infectious house music. Both began releasing music in the late 2010s and have earned support from well-known labels, artists, and festivals. The two have been friends for years, played together at various events, and gone on tour together. 

As a vocalist and producer, Nala has been making a name for herself as a multifaceted artist. VNSSA has done the same with experience drumming in indie and rock bands. Their understanding of various genres has given them an edge in house music as they draw different elements into infectious beats.
