Reflecting on its legacy, he described ‘Intense’ as, “an album that literally changed my life and opened the doors to so many big moments in my career. From being nominated for a Grammy to doing an entire ‘Intense’ world tour. This album means a lot to me personally!”
The album was a commercial success, reaching the top 10 in several countries and earning him a Grammy nomination in 2014.
