NGHTMRE & Pell Drop “Magic Hour” EP
NGHTMRE and Pell’s collaborative “Magic Hour” EP was released this week on Diplo’s Mad Decent. The EP has two tracks that blend the very best elements of bass music and hip hop. “Lights Low” intrigues listeners with sultry bass lines and lyrics while “Swiss” is the best jam to throw on for a Friday night pregame. Pell and NGHTMRE prove how good music can be when you blend genres together. To complete the project they released a two-part music video that was filmed in Japan. The bright colors and picturesque scenery complements the two songs and brings them to life.
NGHTMRE has become one of the leaders in producing bass music over the past couple of years. He is well known with frequent collaborations with Slander as well as Dillion Francis, Flosstradamus and more! Pell independently released an album “Floating while Dreaming” and has been continuing to grow his career with releases such as “girasoul”. Mad Decent is known for frequent cross genre releases and collaborations. “Magic Hour” continues this trend and showcases the talent and versatility of Pell and NGHTMRE.
