Tape B unveils long-awaited debut album ‘Ghosts In The Static’
Tape B’s very first album is finally here!
Tape B’s album, ‘Ghosts In The Static,’ drops today, October 2nd. This highly anticipated debut has been long in the making. Tape B has absolutely dominated the dubstep scene over the last few years, becoming one of its most successful names. This milestone is a pivotal move in his career. Tape B has been producing bass music for years, and this album reflects those influences that got him here. So expect that sweet scent of nostalgia while listening!

Make no mistake, this is no throwback album. Tape B incorporates the styles from the past with modern-day dubstep, creating a unique flavor of bass that demonstrates his absolute mastery. This mashup involves old-school UK dubstep, a blast from the past. Think 2012-style dubstep blended with heavy low-end bass. This creates emotional depth while maintaining that raw, classic dubstep sound.
Tape B hopes to introduce this new generation of dubstep lovers to the original era he was so inspired by. This album is super personal to Tape B, described as a “love letter to the sounds and culture that shaped his journey.” Tape B’s following continues to rapidly expand on a global level, and this has been his biggest year yet.

Tape B’s absolute dedication as an artist came about in 2020, when the pandemic led to a job opportunity being cancelled. This gave him the chance to fully lock into his career in music, and he hasn’t looked back since. ‘Ghosts In The Static’ is the natural continuation of the Tape B project, a total culmination of where he’s come from and who he has evolved into.
Tape B’s entire focus is on his community and his own unique continuation of dubstep. The new album features nine solo tracks produced and written by Tape B as well as collaborations with Effin, Dani King, and Zaytoven. This twelve-track masterpiece is available now on all major streaming platforms. Happy listening!
