HoneyLuv revives her 4 THA LUV label for new groove release
HoneyLuv is bringing 4 THA LUV back into focus with “Good Measure,” a groove-heavy house cut featuring Cor.Ece and Gavin Turek, out September 25.
The release marks the first single from HoneyLuv’s relaunched 4 THA LUV label, but the project itself has been years in the making. HoneyLuv first outlined plans for 4 THA LUV in 2023 as both a label and party series, with a focus on creating space for women and queer BIPOC artists in dance music.
The event side arrived first. HoneyLuv debuted the 4 THA LUV party series during Miami Music Week in March 2024. The first event took place at Paraíso Estéreo with Dennis Ferrer, Mason Collective, Kitty Amor and Will Clarke. In December 2025, HoneyLuv brought the series to Factory Town for its first Art Basel appearance. EXRON highlighted 4TheLuv as part of Factory Town’s Art Basel programming alongside events from Solomun, Cloonee, Chris Stussy, Circoloco and more.

Now, “Good Measure” brings the recording side of that vision into focus. The track pairs a steady house groove with live piano and rave-leaning synths, with vocals from Cor.Ece and Gavin Turek. HoneyLuv wrote the record two years ago but waited until she had her own home to release it.
That two-year wait gives “Good Measure” added significance. The track is rooted in patience and allowing things to arrive at the right moment. That theme makes it a natural first release as 4 THA LUV enters its next phase. That next phase extends beyond a traditional record label. 4 THA LUV is expanding across music, events, content, training and mentorship. The project focuses on creating tangible opportunities for women, non-binary creatives and Black talent in dance music. Its wider mission centers on freedom, connection and self-expression, values closely tied to the foundations of house music.
House emerged from Black, Latino and LGBTQ+ communities, with Chicago becoming one of the genre’s defining cities. EXRON previously explored that history through generations of Chicago house artists, including HoneyLuv and Marshall Jefferson, ahead of ARC Music Festival. For HoneyLuv, 4 THA LUV offers another way to carry that culture forward while creating opportunities for the next generation.

HoneyLuv’s momentum extends beyond 4 THA LUV. August brought “High In Ibiza” with Marshall Jefferson and rhys from the sticks, arriving amid another packed season for Ibiza’s house scene. She heads to Boiler Room Los Angeles on September 27 before returning to Europe for Pacha Ibiza and Amsterdam Dance Event.
At ADE, HoneyLuv will join Carl Craig, Eliza Rose and others at Glitterbox at Thuishaven on October 22. The show is featured in EXRON’s 2026 ADE first-timer guide. As her international schedule grows, “Good Measure” brings the focus back to something more personal: a track she held onto until she could release it on her own terms. With 4 THA LUV, HoneyLuv has finally created that home herself.
