Six Stages, Sorted: North Coast Music Festival 2026 Edition

North Coast Music Festival is right around the corner and the Exron team is excited to be back for another amazing year.

The festival is neatly located within SeatGeek Stadium, serving Chicago residents, suburban dwellers, and out of state ravers across the country. Whether you’re returning for the 10th time or just now breaking into the coastie scene, this stage by stage breakdown will have you prepared for a memorable weekend.

The Stadium

First up on the list is The Stadium. The Stadium is where you’ll catch the biggest acts of the weekend. Think of it as the main stage, although main character energy will be widely available across all six stages, all weekend long. For those with VIP Platinum access, the all-inclusive bar overlooks this Stage, so expect quite the party. The Stadium’s name choice is pretty direct here. Attendees walk through a staircase that leads directly down into a Stadium shaped bowl, with stadium seats surrounding the stage on all sides. Trust us when we say, it’s worth the steps. The Stadium will feature sets from Chris Lorenzo, Fisher, ALLEYCVT, Ganja White Knight, Griz, BUNT., Crankdat, and Illenium B2B Slander.

The Shipyard

The iconic 360-degree stage, The Shipyard, is back once again. The 2026 edition is equipped with even more LED lighting, lasers and dance floor space than last year. With fans in mind, the bar blocking the stage is now removed as a design upgrade. Promising an immersive experience, expect to hear the sweet sounds of tech-house as well as a highly anticipated Latin takeover. This year’s lineup might be our favorite yet, with performances by TroyBoi, Dabin, Porter Robinson, Lilly Palmer, Holy Priest, BOLO, 3BALLMTY, Deorro, and Gryffin.

The Vega

Next up on the list is The Vega Stage. For those who have attended North Coast in the past, you may remember this as the “wide” stage and guess what? It’s getting even wider this year. Filled with a good amount of heavy dubstep, weird bass, and bass house, expect lots of headbanging, shuffle superstars, and grass-sitting gremlins. Whatever your M.O. may be, we don’t judge. The Vega is laid out near some of North Coast’s eloquently designed art installations so be sure to stop by those on the way over. They make for the perfect photo ops or side questing adventures! Catch Richard Finger, LEVEL UP, Sippy, Levity B2B Tape B, Mersiv, Wooli, Nostalgix,Interplanetary Criminal, Sammy Virji, and more on this year’s lineup.

Fire Pit

Moving along, we have the Fire Pit, the hottest (literally) stage on the schedule. This one’s for the riddim kids and hard techno lovers. Flames spew from canyons surrounding this cage-like set-up, packing punches and heat. Expect mosh-pits and loads of high-knees, as this stage is known for the most intense music of the weekend. There’s also a ton of local talent featured at this stage so we highly recommend getting there early. You might just discover your new favorite underground artist. This year’s Fire Pit features a three-day takeover from EDM Chicago, with must-see sets from Mad Dubz B2B VKTM, Emorfik, Dansyn, Gudfella, Kauze, and Kieferian.

OCB Dome

Don’t let the long lines scare you. They typically move fast so grab a drink from the bar with your festie bestie and enjoy some people-watching as you await your arrival into this inflatable fun-house. The OCB Dome is booming with ice-cold AC, sure to boost your mood, as one of the most unique stages at North Coast Music Festival. Once inside the dome, your eyes may need a moment to adjust to the darkness, but have no fear, the laser lights will guide you. This year’s lineup showcases sets from Rija, Domina, YDG (House Set), Prosecute, The Resistance, Byorn, Nikolina, and many more.

Silent Disco

Last but not least is the Silent Disco Stage. Tucked away near the Vega Stage, past the art installations, find a niche-escape away from the large crowds. The Silent Disco allows fans to experience a world of their own, equipped with headphones and the piddle paddling of footstep sounds. This multi-channel atmosphere allows you to switch between sounds, featuring experimental genres ranging from house, dubstep, and beyond. Just like the Fire Pit, expect to hear sets from local producers, a great place to discover new music.

Be sure to check out all six stages of North Coast Music Festival, as each one presents a unique flavor, transporting viewers into a world of its own.
