Seven Lions partners with the Seattle Symphony for a special orchestral performance

Seven Lions has partnered with the Seattle Symphony to reimagine his biggest tracks with a 50-piece orchestra.

Seven Lions is bringing his music to the concert hall this fall with Opus Harmonia, a special one-night performance alongside the Seattle Symphony. Taking place on September 25 at Seattle’s Benaroya Hall, the show will reimagine some of the producer’s biggest tracks with a full live orchestra.

Created with composer and orchestrator Andrew Joslyn, the performance will feature 17 fan-favorite Seven Lions songs arranged for a 50-piece orchestra. Special guest vocalists will also join throughout the night, giving fans a completely new way to experience some of his most iconic music.

The event is a major moment for both Seven Lions and the Seattle Symphony. It marks the first time the orchestra has collaborated with an electronic artist on a performance like this, blending the emotional side of melodic bass music with the power of a live symphony.

For longtime fans, the project feels like a perfect fit. Seven Lions has built his career around cinematic melodies, emotional songwriting, and massive soundscapes that have helped define melodic dubstep over the last decade.

The announcement also comes after one of the biggest creative runs of his career. His latest album, Asleep in the Garden of Infernal Stars, along with its companion EP, The Dreams Strange and Eternal, earned praise across the dance music world and picked up multiple award wins.

Opus Harmonia is shaping up to be one of the most unique electronic music events of the year. The one-night-only performance gives fans a rare chance to experience Seven Lions’ music on a scale unlike anything he’s done before.
