Effin reveals largest headline show of his career at Mission Ballroom

Following a breakout year, bass music standout Effin is set to headline Denver’s Mission Ballroom this January.

Effin is set to take the next major step in his rapid ascent, announcing the biggest headline show of his career at Denver’s Mission Ballroom. The Nashville-based bass producer will take over the acclaimed venue on Saturday, January 16, 2027, with support from Nikita the Wicked, AYCH, and Shank Aaron.

The announcement comes on the heels of a breakout year for Effin, whose 2026 schedule has included performances at Bonnaroo, Electric Forest, GRIZTRONICS at The Gorge, Lost Lands, FVDED In The Park, VELD, Elements, Das Energi, Breakaway, and Seven Stars Festival. The Mission Ballroom date also arrives as the producer gears up for the release of a new album.

Fans often recognize Effin by his creative samples and meticulous sound design. The artist has carved out a distinct lane within the bass music scene, including both online and dancefloor spaces, enabling him to build one of the genre’s fastest-growing fanbases over the past several years.

Effin’s Mission Ballroom booking marks another milestone in that trajectory. With a capacity of nearly 4,000 people, the Denver venue has become one of electronic music’s premier headline destinations, making the show a significant career achievement for the producer following years of steadily growing ticket sales across North America.

The announcement follows the success of ‘Daydreams’, released last year as the follow-up to Effin’s 2023 breakout debut album, ‘Cheap Thrills’. The Mission Ballroom performance serves as the first chapter of a much larger campaign that will include a new album announcement and his most ambitious tour to date.

Artist and local presales begin on Thursday, July 16 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. MT through AXS. General on-sale starts Friday, July 17 at 10 a.m. MT, with fans also able to register for presale access through Laylo ahead of the ticket release.

I've been a part of the dance music scene for nearly a decade and with Exron for more than half of that time. My first event was Diplo's Mad Decent but these days you'll find me at Club Space or the Brooklyn Mirage. Some of my top artists are G Jones, Tipper, Of The Trees, and CharlestheFirst. My favorite genres are techno, experimental bass, and ambient but I'll get down to anything with a beat!
