Kygo and manager Myles Shear are expanding their lifestyle brand, Palm Tree Crew, recently acquiring a massive golf course in Colorado.

Kygo and his manager, Myles Shear, are expanding their operations, this time into the world of golf. Palm Tree Crew, their entertainment and lifestyle brand, recently acquired a massive golf course in Colorado, a major milestone for the company.

This 187-acre property, River Valley Ranch Golf Course, was acquired by Palm Tree Crew in partnership with Major Food Group and 8K Capital. Set in Crystal River Valley, this course offers serene mountain views and is nestled in the heart of Carbondale, Colorado.

Listed for $24.5 million, this acquisition represents the brand’s growth beyond the space of electronic music and live events. Kygo and Myles Shear discuss their plans for development online, sharing their excitement with audiences. Guests can expect to see a full social calendar filled with events, amenities that will make you never want to leave, and plenty of fine dining options to choose from.

Located about 30 miles from Aspen, this par-72 course will attract even more tourism to an already booming area. Palm Tree Crew is redefining what it means to be a hospitality leader, with operations expanding across the globe. What began as a Palm Tree Music Festival in Aspen is now a company that opens world-class entertainment spaces and venues across the world.

From events at Miami’s Art Basel and Formula 1 race weekends to partnerships with major names on the Las Vegas Strip and beyond, Palm Tree Crew operates as an industry leader, making its mark on a global scale. Kygo’s entrepreneurial ambitions are nothing new. While mostly known for his feel-good tropical-house sound, Kygo continues to raise the bar, taking on new and impressive business opportunities. In a world where artists are making less and less money from actual music streaming, Kygo demonstrates adaptability, using his brand to build out his wildest dreams.
