Disco Lines pauses touring due to health issues

Disco Lines told fans he is taking a short break from the road after doctor’s orders due to ongoing health concerns.

Disco Lines is stepping away from touring for the next few weeks after revealing that ongoing health issues have forced him to temporarily put live performances on hold. He shared the announcement with fans in an Instagram story, explaining that the decision came after consulting with his doctor.

While he did not disclose the nature of the health issues, he said the break is necessary to fully recover before returning to the stage. The announcement also means he will miss his scheduled performance at Electric Forest this weekend.

“Some of you know I’ve been dealing with a few health issues recently,” Disco Lines wrote. “After talking to my doctor, I’ve been advised to take a few weeks away from the road to focus on getting properly back to full health.” Disco Lines acknowledged the disappointment of postponing performances but said prioritizing his health now will allow him to return sooner.

“It’s really frustrating, but I know it’s the right thing to do,” he wrote. “I’m really sorry to everyone who was planning to come and see me. I hate letting people down, but I know taking the time now means I’ll be back doing what I love as soon as I’m fully fit.”

Disco Lines closed his message by thanking fans for their patience and understanding during his time away. “Thank you for all your understanding and support,” he wrote. “I’ll see you all again soon.”

Disco Lines did not specify the health issues that prompted the break or say when he expects to return. He said he plans to spend the next few weeks focusing on his recovery before getting back on the road.
