EDC Las Vegas reveals new experience ‘Dusk Till Dawn’ with two festival weekends in 2027
EDC Las Vegas is going bigger than ever in 2027, spreading the magic across two full weekends for the first time in festival history.
EDC Las Vegas just leveled up, and Headliners, you’re going to want to hear this. Fresh off a sold-out 30th anniversary celebration, Insomniac announced Thursday its reimagined “Dusk Till Dawn” concept for EDC Las Vegas 2027. The festival is splitting into two consecutive weekends at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, spanning 12 total days of bass, lights and desert magic.
Insomniac Founder Pasquale Rotella shared a message: “I’m really excited to introduce ‘Dusk Till Dawn’ as the next evolution of EDC and offer new ways for Headliners to experience the music, art, connection and community that make this festival so special. We wanted to reimagine EDC as a new type of immersive journey across 12 days and two consecutive weekend celebrations in one city we love. This concept gives Headliners the freedom to choose their own path and join us for one or both weekends, while enabling us to continue evolving, experimenting creatively, and sharing new moments Under the Electric Sky.”
Here’s how it breaks down: EDC Dusk runs May 14-16, EDC Dawn runs May 21-23, and the full Dusk Till Dawn Experience stretches from May 13-24. Headliners can choose one weekend or go full send for both. Rotella ensures it’s “a new type of immersive journey,” adding that the concept gives Headliners “the freedom to choose their own path.”
Beyond the festival grounds, curated EDC-themed events will take over Las Vegas throughout the full 12-day run. Tickets go on sale Friday, May 22, at noon PT. One-weekend passes start at $399.99 all-in for GA, with two-weekend passes starting at $599.99. A $5 layaway deposit gets your foot in the door if you’re not ready to commit the full amount, because adulting is hard.
Good news for anyone who’s ever felt sardined on the dance floor: the 2027 festival is designed with lower capacity, meaning more room to actually move and hopefully easier hotel options in the city.
Last weekend’s 2026 edition drew hundreds of thousands of fans and featured more than 450 artists across 18 stages, including sets from Tiësto, John Summit, Peggy Gou and The Prodigy. Grab tickets at lasvegas.electricdaisycarnival.com. Lineup and theme announcements are coming later.
