Harvey of Prospa pulls out of EDC due to illness

UK dance duo Prospa continued EDC LAS VEGAS weekend performances as Gosha took the stage solo.

One of the most interesting acts rising out of the UK dance scene right now, Prospa, was not able to properly perform this weekend due to one half of the duo, Harvey Blumler, falling ill. The sickness made him unable to travel and perform at Camp EDC Pre-Party, LIV, and EDC Las Vegas. The other half of the dynamic duo, Guiorgi “Gosha” Smith, went on to perform as Prospa without him.

Harvey posted directly to fans on Instagram, saying, “This was not a decision taken lightly.” Fans filled the comments wishing him a quick recovery and expressing sadness that they would not get to experience Prospa in its full form.

The DJ duo has become a must-see act on many ravers’ lineups due to their significant growth since their breakout track “Prayer” in 2018, even though Harvey and Gosha have been producing music together since 2013. Other songs they are known for include “Free Your Mind,” “This Rhythm,” “Love Songs,” “Baby,” and “Don’t Stop.”

Dance music lovers are drawn in by their blend of classic UK rave, progressive house, breakbeats, garage, and emotionally driven builds. Their sound feels nostalgic while still pushing modern dance music forward, which is a major reason why their popularity has exploded over the last few years.

The duo has entered another level of their career with the upcoming debut of their album ‘Free Your Mind,’ set to be released on June 5, 2026. Along with collaborations with major artists like Josh Baker and Cloonee, their tier of festival bookings has grown significantly in the last two years. Their 2026 roster includes events like Circoloco, Creamfields, Experts Only Festival, Awakenings, and more.

Here is a list of some of Prospa’s upcoming shows and opportunities to experience the duo live in full form before they potentially become one of the defining electronic acts of this era:

Palm Beach Cannes — May 21, 2026
Circoloco Ibiza / DC-10 summer dates
Awakenings Festival — July 10, 2026
Peggy Gou “On The Thames” at Old Royal Naval College — August 2, 2026
Creamfields — August 27–30, 2026
