Paul van Dyk launches new mentorship program for emerging dance music talent
VANDIT Next Generation aims to support the future of electronic music.
One of the most influential figures in Trance music, Paul van Dyk is evolving into a mentor with the launch of VANDIT Next Generation, an initiative designed to discover, elevate, and support aspiring electronic music artists. Through the program, selected producers will receive creative guidance, personalized feedback, and professional release opportunities.
The initiative arrives at a time when breaking through as an emerging producer has become increasingly competitive within the electronic music industry. While social media and streaming platforms have made music more accessible globally, they have also created a crowded landscape for rising artists trying to define their sound and stand out.
Paul van Dyk comments: “The VANDIT Next Generation programme isn’t solely about music; this is my opportunity to support the next generation within the dance music community. The initiative has been designed to nurture creativity, assist aspiring artists in finding their true voice, and guide the next wave of talent to reach their full potential. I’m excited to work with the five chosen producers and help them take the next steps forward in their journey.”
VANDIT Next Generation will focus on genres including Trance, Progressive House, Melodic Techno, Chill, Downtempo, and creative productions that can’t easily be boxed into a single label. Submissions are currently open, with applicants required to send their strongest original track via Dropbox or SoundCloud link to demos@vandit.com with the subject line ‘VANDIT Next Generation,’ alongside a brief biography and introduction. The submission deadline is June 15th, 2026
Five standout producers will be selected for the exclusive mentorship experience, where they will receive one-on-one sessions with Paul van Dyk, hands-on track development guidance, and direct insight into refining their sound and artistic identity.
Selected tracks from the programme will also be officially released through the VANDIT Records label group, giving emerging artists a rare opportunity for global exposure and long-term artistic growth.
