Where to party in Mykonos from sunset to sunrise

Mykonos has redefined itself as a nonstop party destination where every day has turned into a flow of music, crowds, and club culture.

Mykonos is basically the definition of “sleep later, party now.” You’ve got places like Athens and Santorini for solid nights out, but nothing really hits like Mykonos. It’s the kind of island where you plan for a chill beach day and somehow end up watching the sunrise at a club.

The whole thing usually starts at the beach. Spots like Tropicana Beach Club on Paradise Beach are the classic kickoff; you show up late morning, post up on a lounger, and think it’s going to stay relaxed. Fast forward a few hours, and it turns into a full-on pre-party with DJs, shots, and people slowly losing all sense of “I’ll take it easy today.”

Around sunset, things start to shift into that golden-hour sweet spot. This is where places like Scorpios come in, with deeper music and a vibey crowd. It’s less chaotic than earlier, but way more atmospheric.

Once it gets dark, you move inland toward Mykonos Town. Skandinavian Bar & Club is usually where things get messy in the best way, with packed upstairs floors and chill drinks downstairs. When it’s time to hit a nightclub, look no further than VOID.

If you’re trying to go big, Paradise Club is where it fully turns into a festival. Think international DJs, fireworks, and a crowd that doesn’t leave early. And for the real “I’m not going home tonight” energy, Cavo Paradiso takes things to another level on a cliff overlooking the sea.

By sunrise, you’re either still dancing or sitting somewhere, wondering how it’s daylight again. That’s basically Mykonos in a nutshell: no real ending point, just different stages of the same party.

Hey everyone, I'm Neil! I first joined the dance community back in 2019 when my friend dragged me to Moonrise, my first-ever music festival, and I became hooked ever since. I like to dabble in most genres with my favorites being tech house and melodic techno. When it comes to studio output, Camelphat is part of my daily listening rotation and for a live performance, I'll never miss a Solomun set. You can likely catch me on the dance floor somewhere in Brooklyn!
