Sundays in Los Angeles just got a little more sacred for the summer. Insomniac just dropped every LA house head’s new weekly ritual: Day Trip In The Park to Los Angeles State Historic Park every Sunday from May 24 through September 27, 2026.
Setting the tone for this summer’s open-air series is Italian techno mainstay Joseph Capriati. This year also welcomes Day Trip debuts from Cassian, a special PIV Records takeover led by Gaskin, LP Giobbi, CID, and Loco Dice, before closing things out with a performance from house legend Armand Van Helden.
If you’re really tapped into the LA scene, you know the real sauce is in the locals on this lineup. Los Angeles natives Cole Terrazas, Tiffy Vera, Mini Bear, Justin Martin, and OMNOM are holding it down. Paired with global names, the park is giving a stacked every single Sunday.
Originating on the patio at Academy LA, Day Trip In The Park grew into a cornerstone of the LA scene. Swapping the club for the park, the weekly format gives you multiple chances to text your group chats about and bring your out-of-town friends to flex what Los Angeles actually does best. Each date is intentional, community-driven, and a lot of space to dance.
Day Trip In The Park is just one piece of the larger Day Trip universe, aka one of the biggest house-focused brands in the U.S., anchored by its flagship Day Trip Festival in Long Beach. Day Trip will be returning to the Queen Mary Waterfront this June, but Day Trip In The Park will be the perfect taste of what’s to come before the full weekend in Long Beach.
In addition to groovy music, you can expect vibrant décor, roaming performers, food vendors, interactive activations, and the brand’s signature touches, including the iconic fishbowls (duh).
