Of The Trees expands the Moonglade Park universe with LYNY collab
Of The Trees and LYNY’s “Hollow” marks a high-energy new direction, fresh off its live debut at Ultra Music Festival.
Denver-based producer Of The Trees released “Hollow” on Thursday, April 2nd, a collaboration with rising producer LYNY that signals a new direction following his Moonglade Park LP. The track made its live debut at Ultra Music Festival this past weekend, where Tyler Coombs and LYNY performed it together for the first time.
The performance represented a shift into more high-energy, festival-ready territory following the introspective tone of Moonglade Park. The new single blends LYNY’s melodic, trap-influenced approach with Of The Trees’ signature sound design while remaining rooted in the immersive, textural world Coombs has built. Recent weeks have seen Of The Trees teasing new material, suggesting “Hollow” may be the start of a new chapter within the Moonglade Park universe rather than a standalone release.

Of The Trees, originally from Maine, has built a following with what he calls “ice cold bass music from the frigid plains of Maine,” spanning dubstep to hip-hop. The producer and visual artist has nearly a million monthly listeners on Spotify, with tracks including “Spanish Moss,” “Windhorse,” “Everglade March,” “Kick Back,” and “Honeydust” amassing millions of streams.
Coombs has collaborated with John Summit and rapper Curren$y. He returned to Red Rocks for a two-night headline on Nov. 16-17, marking his second consecutive year at the venue. The shows launched his North American Moonglade Tour, a 30-plus date bus tour featuring artists including Opiuo, Detox Unit, and EAZYBAKED, with most dates selling out at venues including Salt Shed, The Hollywood Palladium, The BayCare Sound, and Brooklyn Paramount.
In August 2025, Of The Trees debuted Camp Alderwild, a two-day concert camping experience at Telluride Town Park in Colorado’s San Juan Mountains. The event, co-presented by Planet Bluegrass and AEG Presents, featured Tycho, Jade Cicada, Ott., EPROM, and others across experimental bass, ambient, and live performance.
