Levity breaks record for biggest laser display in North America
Levity has pushed the limits of technology with their record-breaking laser display, setting a new standard for show production worldwide.
Levity has officially broken the record for the biggest laser display ever seen at a concert in North America. During their annual “Snow Day” show in Chicago, the trio unleashed a mind-blowing 330 lasers, smashing the previous record of around 224. The moment marked a huge milestone not just for the group, but for live dance music production as a whole.
The massive setup turned Snow Day into a full sensory overload in the best way possible. Lasers fired in every direction, even forming a fully enclosed funnel that looked like an upside-down cone over the crowd. They also incorporated crowd-safe beams, creating an immersive experience that felt futuristic and unreal.
Levity called the achievement a dream come true, shouting out their production team for bringing the ambitious vision to life. Pulling off a display of that scale takes serious planning and precision, and everything was executed flawlessly.
Snow Day was stacked beyond just visuals, too. Crankdat and GRiZ pulled up as special guests, along with Eazybaked, Richard Finger, and Molokai as support. The energy in the room matched the intensity blasting from the stage.
Adding to the hype, Levity and GRiZ just dropped their new collab “Pop Off” today. The release lands at the perfect time, riding the momentum from Snow Day and showing how locked in the trio is right now. It’s a certified banger with their signature dubstep sounds.
All of it ties into their ongoing Lasership Tour, which has been pushing production boundaries in every city. Levity isn’t just touring; they’re leveling up what fans expect from a live show. After setting a new laser record, it’s clear they’re only getting started.
