Pacha NYC to officially return in June following Brooklyn Mirage demolition
Pacha has made a long-awaited comeback to NYC, bringing its legendary club legacy back to Brooklyn ahead of a major June reopening.
Brooklyn Mirage is turning the page and coming back as Pacha New York, bringing a legendary club name back to the city. Pacha isn’t new to NYC either, since it previously ran a massive club in Hell’s Kitchen from 2005 until it closed in 2016. Now, the brand is returning with a fresh setup and a much bigger vision.
The original Pacha NYC was known for huge DJ bookings, multiple rooms, and late nights that defined the 2000s EDM era. Artists like Tiësto, Calvin Harris, Hardwell, Swedish House Mafia, and Avicii all played there during its run. Rising costs eventually shut it down, but its impact on New York nightlife still gets talked about today.
Behind the scenes, FIVE Holdings is now taking over operations at Brooklyn Mirage and The Great Hall. They’re teaming up with Pacha Group, which started in Ibiza back in 1973 and helped turn the island into the clubbing capital of the world. Pacha Ibiza is famous for its cherry logo, open-air dancefloor, and long history of DJ residencies, including iconic takeovers from Solomun and Marco Carola.
The first Pacha New York season will run from June through October 2026. Expect major international DJs, Grammy-winning artists, and New York talent all sharing the same stage. The focus is big shows, heavy production, and bookings you don’t usually see in the city.
When summer ends, the party won’t. The Great Hall will stay open year-round with concerts and electronic shows across different genres. Even with a global brand attached, organizers say Brooklyn artists and promoters will still be part of the mix.
At its core, Pacha New York is about bringing real dance culture back to NYC. It’s a spot for DJs, fans, and the local scene to connect again. Same energy, bigger legacy, and a fresh start for one of the city’s most important venues.
