Who is DJ Kim Turnball?

DJ Kim Turnball sits at the intersection of fashion, sound, and modern celebrity, carving out a presence that’s seem to be intentional and elusive.

DJ Kim Turnbull is part of a new generation of cultural figures who do not fit neatly into one lane. Model, DJ, and creative insider, Turnbull moves through fashion and music with the ease of someone raised inside both worlds. At 24, the London based talent has already built a résumé that ‘s a combo between a runway call sheet and a club flyer.

Turnbull began modeling in 2017, quickly aligning herself with luxury brands including Miu Miu, Rimmel, Tommy Hilfiger, Marc Jacobs, and Fendi. Her presence is understated but precise, the kind that designers return to when they want something modern without being obvious. Over time, fashion became more than a job, but a platform that connected her to a wider creative network.

DJing entered the picture during the pandemic. What began as experimentation soon developed into a serious practice, shaped by long listening sessions and a broad musical education. Her sets are known for their range and restraint, blending genres and eras without forcing the moment. She now DJs internationally, often at fashion events where sound is as important as image.

Her background explains a lot. Turnbull’s father, Alex Turnbull, is a music producer and founder of Ronin Records, while her grandfather, William Turnbull, was a celebrated sculptor. Creativity, in her case, is inherited but not copied. She applies it in her own way, across mediums that reward taste and intuition.

Public curiosity around Turnbull increased after her relationship with Romeo Beckham, which lasted roughly seven months before reportedly ending in mid 2025. The attention was intense, but she has largely avoided turning her personal life into a public performance. On Instagram, she shares her journey through it all. Work, travel, late nights, early mornings. DJ Kim Turnbull is not defined by one title.

About The Author

I've been writing, covering events, and doing interviews with Exron for nearly four years, but have been an EDM-lover for over a decade. The music community and industry has a special place in my heart and I love exploring the depths. EDC Las Vegas is my favorite festival and this year will be my sixth time attending. Some other recent festivals I've been are Ultra, Elements, Lost Lands, Electric Forest, and Arc. I've been getting more into experimental bass, but techno and house will always have my heart. <3
