Subtronics announces indefinite end of Cyclops Rocks chapter

Subtronics is set to close out Cyclops Rocks for the last time alongside debuts from many rising artists.

Subtronics has announced that his upcoming Red Rocks show will close the chapter on Cyclops Rocks. This marks the end of an era for fans who have watched the event grow year after year. This April, he will return to the iconic Colorado venue for two nights, delivering one final Cyclops Rocks experience before the series takes a pause.

In a recent announcement, Subtronics reflected on his first time headlining in 2021, the first moment he sold out the venue. Nearly six years later, the event has grown into something far bigger than a single show.

Rather than harping on the goodbye, Subtronics is using this moment to spotlight who comes next. A large portion of the lineup will be making their Red Rocks debut, including Effin, Hedex, and Dennett.

St. Mary is also set to make her debut, bringing her bold sound to the amphitheater. The bookings span dubstep and drum and bass, providing a fresh mix of sounds and energy for the crowd.

Fans were quick to share their excitement online, particularly around the inclusion of Cyclops. This is the first time the producer has been booked for a Cyclops Rocks event. Many are celebrating the long-anticipated moment and viewing it as an addition to the lineup that makes sense.

Although the conclusion of Cyclops Rocks may feel bittersweet for Colorado fans, Subtronics has hinted that this chapter’s ending opens the door to what comes next. Fans can sign up for first access to the presale on Thursday, January 15.
