Steve Aoki has unveiled the first phase of his Dim Mak 30 Tour, setting the stage for a massive North American celebration of three decades of boundary pushing music and culture. Announced as a 2026 run, the tour marks a major milestone for Aoki’s independent label Dim Mak, honoring its legacy while spotlighting its continued influence across the global dance music landscape.
The tour kicks off on February 7 in Vancouver, BC, and will visit cities like Toronto, San Francisco, Minneapolis, Boston, and Nashville. The lineup includes rotating guests such as Audien, Frank Walker, Jessica Audiffred, Joyryde, Laidback Luke, Nostalgix, Riot Ten, and Timmy Trumpet, showing Dim Mak’s commitment to working with a wide range of artists in the electronic music scene.
In addition to club and arena shows, the tour will stop at festivals like Igloofest in Gatineau and Ultra Music Festival in Miami. At Ultra, Aoki will host the Dim Mak Records 30 Year Anniversary Stage Takeover, highlighting the label’s strong connection with the festival.
The Dim Mak stage at Ultra will showcase artists who have been part of the label’s story, such as The Bloody Beetroots, Laidback Luke, Linney, Nostalgix, Ookay, Riot Ten, and special guests. The event will feature a mix of sounds that have helped define Dim Mak’s style.
Founded in 1996 from Steve Aoki’s college dorm room at UC Santa Barbara, Dim Mak was named after the legendary martial arts concept popularized by Bruce Lee, reflecting Aoki’s long held admiration for Lee’s philosophy of discipline, self expression, and breaking traditional boundaries. The label began as a fiercely independent platform that helped break influential indie acts such as The Kills, Bloc Party, and The Gossip before evolving into a global dance music powerhouse. Despite its growth, Dim Mak has remained rooted in a DIY, community first ethos that continues to shape its identity today.
As the Dim Mak 30 Tour unfolds throughout 2026, additional phases, artist announcements, live experiences, limited edition merchandise, and commemorative music releases are expected. For Aoki, the anniversary tour represents a full circle moment, celebrating the artists, culture, and community that have sustained Dim Mak for three decades while signaling that its future remains as ambitious as its past.
