Apple Music rang in the New Year with an exclusive full-length film of Fred Again..’s USB tour, captured live during his standout set in Dublin. On December 31st, Apple Music dropped the three-hour live set for global audiences to enjoy from the comfort of their own home. This is the third full-length live set by Apple Music and Fred Again.., including his highly praised shows in Lyon, France, and Toronto, Canada. Before the official release date, Apple Music gave audiences a glimpse into what they can expect from the Dublin leg of the USB tour with a 7-minute performance teaser. This clip features the highly anticipated unreleased track, “Lights Burn Dimmer,” which samples Jamie T, a legendary English singer, songwriter, rapper, guitarist, and record producer.

At the heart of the performance is a striking kinetic fabric installation by visual artist Boris Acket. The Dutch contemporary artist and composer designed the installation to drape above the audience and to shift and evolve alongside the music.

While the USB tour was rooted in a “be here now” ethos, Apple Music’s high-fidelity releases bridge that gap, bringing this intimate connection to viewers around the world.

About The Author

My favorite thing in the whole world is music and after hearing "One" by Swedish House Mafia for the first time in 2014, I was hooked on EDM. Dance music has been a large part of who I am and will always be searching for new ways to incorporate it in my life. The pure bliss that I feel from live shows is a feeling I never want to stop chasing (iykyk). Some of my favorite artists include Flume, Rüfüs Du Sol, Mindchatter, Gorgon City, Prospa :)
