Tiësto concludes “CLUBLIFE” radio show after 18 years

From Trance to Today: Tiësto’s CLUBLIFE Journey Reaches Its Final Episode.

Tiësto’s long‑running radio show CLUBLIFE has officially come to an end, closing out an impressive 18‑year run with its final episode. More than a weekly broadcast, CLUBLIFE grew into a global touchstone for dance music fans and a defining model for modern DJ‑driven radio programming.

The show first premiered on April 6, 2007, on the Dutch station Radio 538. Its reach expanded rapidly, eventually airing on SiriusXM’s Electric Area and syndicating across more than 350 stations in 77 countries. For many listeners, CLUBLIFE offered a front‑row seat to Tiësto’s artistic evolution from his early trance roots to electro house, big‑room festival sounds, pop‑leaning EDM, and ultimately a renewed embrace of trance influences.

Each episode followed a signature structure. The first hour highlighted new releases, club‑ready tracks, and festival anthems, while the second hour delivered guest mixes and deeper selections that often spotlighted emerging talent. Over time, the show became a platform that not only reflected the changing landscape of electronic music but also helped shape it.

The final broadcast. episode 978, celebrated the show’s legacy with a curated selection of 30 iconic tracks from the CLUBLIFE archive. Classics such as Avicii’s “Levels,” Zedd’s “Clarity,” deadmau5’s “Strobe,” and Martin Garrix’s “Animals” were among the highlights, paying tribute to the music that defined an era.

For the final episode, Tiësto thanked fans around the world for their support and emphasized that this farewell marks the beginning of a new creative chapter rather than a departure from the scene.
