Player Dave has been dating entrepreneur Shailee Bendavid since 2023.

Shailee Bendavid (Shai) has emerged as a rising figure in the electronic music industry, already accumulating nearly a decade of experience. Her career, fueled by a passion for music, art, and film, began after attending Ultra Music Festival in 2016. Shai’s first major industry opportunity was secured through David Sinpoloi, the founder of III Points Music Festival and owner of influential Miami venues like Club Space and Jolene, who helped her land an initial internship with OWSLA and Skrillex. 

This early success set the stage of her career, which now includes serving her fourth consecutive year as a key part of the curation team for the III Points Festival and is tied to behind-the-scenes production work at festivals including Okeechobee.

Shai’s professional influence led to her close ties to global music superstars, including John Summit, with whom she has worked closely for the past four years. His partnership with Summit has evolved significantly, particularly from her involvement in his massive “Comfort in Chaos” journey.

She further cemented her creative role by co-directing and co-producing the music video for Summit’s hit single, “Focus.” While busy promoting global artists, she also serves as an ardent supporter of her boyfriend, Dave, who produces music under the moniker PlayerDave. Shai started publicly documenting on Instagram in March 2023. 

Beyond the music industry, Shai is a successful entrepreneur and the founder of her clothing line, “Archangel,” which she launched in 2020. The label has flourished into a beloved fashion brand known for its limited collection drops. Her newest collection, “SCREW YOU,” is available today and holds special personal significance. This collection was directly influenced by the hardware implanted in her back following her spinal fusion surgery two years ago.
