Better Together Festival cancelled due to Arizona weather forecast
Phoenix Officials have deemed the Better Together Festival grounds unsafe for operation.
The Better Together Festival has been cancelled due to forecasted dangerous weather conditions. The festival takes place at the Steele Indian School Park in Phoenix, Arizona, and was supposed to be held this Saturday, November 22nd and Sunday, November 23rd.
However, it was just announced that the beloved festival will not be occurring due to sustained rain and saturated grounds, which will make the festival grounds unsafe for attendees. Alternatively, it has been announced that the festival will be back in November 2026.
In an official statement released by the Better Together team, it was shared that their team has been working diligently, “around the clock on-site in coordination with the city of Phoenix,” to keep the festival from being cancelled.
Unfortunately, with potential warnings of flash flooding and thunderstorms, these signs have created concerns for the festival weekend. The conditions have prevented the team from safely building and loading the festival infrastructure and finishing the stage construction on-site. Phoenix officials advised the Better Together team that, “the festival site at Steele Indian School Park cannot safely support continued load-in or public operations at this time.”

Some of the artists meant to be performing this weekend were Dom Dolla, Odesza, Jungle, DJ Pee.Wee, Duke Dumont, MK, Tinashe and more. First launching in 2023, the festival has grown from an indoor event at the Rawhide Event Center to a larger-scale outdoor festival at Steele Indian School Park. It has a reputation for being a home for celebrating music, creatives and invoking magic throughout the community.
All those who have purchased tickets for the 2025 event will receive instructions regarding refunds within the next 7 to 10 business days. My favorite thing in the whole world is music and after hearing "One" by Swedish House Mafia for the first time in 2014, I was hooked on EDM. Dance music has been a large part of who I am and will always be searching for new ways to incorporate it in my life. The pure bliss that I feel from live shows is a feeling I never want to stop chasing (iykyk). Some of my favorite artists include Flume, Rüfüs Du Sol, Mindchatter, Gorgon City, Prospa :)
