From massive EDM takeovers to multi-genre events, here are the top music festivals you should know about that take place in Orlando.
When most people think of Orlando, Florida, theme parks and Mickey Mouse come to mind. But for live music enthusiasts, Orlando is actually a giant hub for music festivals that bring top-tier talent year after year. Whether you’re chasing neon lights under the electric sky, rock music mosh pits, or diverse multi-genre lineups, Orlando’s music festivals are enough reason to book a trip to O-town.
The crown jewel is EDC Orlando, a three-day Insomniac dance music spectacle at Tinker Field each November. Packed with massive stages, carnival rides, and a multi-genre EDM lineup, it’s one of the largest music festivals held in Orlando. But it’s not the only reason ravers are flocking to Central Florida’s most touristy city.

For bass music fans, Forbidden Kingdom has become a must-do since its inception a few years back. Now based in Orlando, this all-bass festival takes over the Central Florida Fairgrounds with 100+ artists and four stages of pure. heavy dubstep each April.
New Year’s Eve is also a reason many travel to Orlando, especially with Eternal NYE, a bass-focused festival at the Orlando Amphitheater that runs from December 30-31, featuring highly-acclaimed artists like Zeds Dead, GriZ, and Liquid Stranger.

If house music is more your vibe, Dirtybird CampINN turns an Orlando resort into a full-on ravecation that combines pool parties, sunrise sets, games, and 4-star hotel comfort instead of dealing with a stressful GA festival camping environment. The 2025 edition took place during Labor Day weekend at a DoubleTree resort near Universal Studios.
Orlando also hosts Florida Groves Fest, a music and arts festival at the Central Florida Fairgrounds known for its blend of live music, electronic acts, and cannabis culture. The festival returns to the iconic Fairgrounds venue from April 11-12 in 2026.
For Christian music lovers, Rock the Universe transforms Universal Studios Florida into Florida’s largest Christian music festival. Next year’s edition is set to run from January 23-24, featuring the sacred genre’s top names.
Another reason some might venture to Orlando is for the widely recognized Van’s Warped Tour. Scheduled to make a comeback stop in Orlando in 2026, this festival brings nostalgic alternative punk and rock energy back into the mix for millennials and some newcomers from the newer generations.
