Nic from Love Island makes appearance at Lost Lands 2025

Nic from Love Island brings reality TV fame to Lost Lands 2025, creating viral moments and festival memories with fans.

Nicolas Vansteenberghe, Love Island season 7 finalist, continues to make noise in the EDM scene. While on the show, it was revealed that he is a long-time raver. Since stepping out of the villa, he’s been on a whirlwind series of side quests that any festival-goer would envy.

Nic has had a string of public appearances at shows and festivals, including Bass Canyon and most recently, Lost Lands. It’s safe to say he has used his newfound fame to live every basshead’s dream. He’s been hanging out with heavy hitters in the bass scene like Subtronics, Crankdat, Layz, and Level Up. One of his most talked-about moments came when he smashed Sullivan King’s guitar on stage.

Beyond the antics, Nic has shown a genuine connection to the festival community. Throughout festival weekends, he’s been snapping pics with fans, hanging backstage with artists, and even handing out water at the rails of the iconic crater stage. His PLUR energy is undeniable, reflecting a respect for the scene and the fans that support it.

Creatively, he’s also making moves in the music space. Nic recently teamed up with Riot Ten for a track titled Mamacita, a nod to his viral Love Island moment. To document his post-island rave adventures, he created a separate Instagram account that has quickly become a hub for festival highlights and behind-the-scenes chaos. 

His Instagram bio, “Wannabe DJ/Producer,” captures the mix of humor and ambition driving his next steps.  He is set to perform at Escape Halloween, taking place at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino, California. While he won’t be hitting the main stage, he will be performing at the Beatbox Art Car. 

He is sure to draw in a crowd, as many are curious to hear what he’s got cooking. It will be interesting to see if his Love Island partner, Olandria Carthen, or any other castmates will show up to support his new venture.
