Layton Giordani announces new record label Madminds
DJ and producer, Layton Giordani, gives back to New York City, leaving an imprint on the house and techno scene.
New York native DJ and producer, Layton Giordani, is launching his very own record label named MADMINDS. Moreover, Layton will be partnered with Armin Van Buuren’s Armada Music for the upcoming record label.
The techno prodigy, Layton Giordani, announces on X that MADMINDS has been in the works for a long time coming. After making music for fifteen years, this is only the beginning of his journey. Talk about the king of manifestation! It all started in New York, and Giordani plans on leaving his imprint on the jungle city.
Giordani describes the newfound label as a New York-based house and techno label at heart. Moreover, MADMIND’s mission is to create a genre-melding home for unconventional, fearless, and unapologetically original artists. At its core, Giordani envisions a collective movement for artists to push boundaries and explore their creativity.
Fans react positively to the news with proper congratulations towards the New York native. Notably, one fan points out how MADMINDS is proof that true pioneers do not wait. Instead, they create. Other fans reply below the announcement, asking when and where they can send their demos
Layton states that he chose New York to be the home base for MADMINDS intentionally. Since the age of sixteen, Giordani knew he was destined for greatness. However, Layton understood the art of letting things happen naturally. Later on, Giordani would grow to build his legacy. Not only as an artist and producer, but also as a resident for Pacha NYC and Output Brooklyn.

MADMINDS intends for each release to invite listeners to challenge their curiosity by letting the sound speak for itself. The label’s first single is set for release in early September.
