Amsterdam Dance Event 2025 Gains Peak Momentum

As Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) 2025 quickly approaches, there’s a whole lot for newcomers and veterans to look forward to.

For almost three decades, Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) has brought together communities far and wide in the name of music.  Starting as a three-day festival, ADE has grown into a five-day global dance event combining music, networking, culture, and passion.  And with the city’s 750th birthday right around the corner, this edition will surely be larger-than-life.

What’s so incredible about ADE is its ability to constantly push the needle on what is possible. This year, attendees have more than 3,000 artists, 1,000 events, and a record 200 venues across Amsterdam to choose from. Moreover, from coffee shops, to cranes, to moving trams, you can find major artists playing just about anywhere if you’re lucky.

Although the iconic venue Gashouder has closed for major renovations, there are countless cool and unconventional events to hit. On October 22, opening night, PIV Records will host an intimate 4-hour journey aboard the 50:Hertz Club Train. Additionally, fans should flock to Rave In The Church featuring Stella Bossi, Mha Iri, and Juliet Fox that same night. How often do you have the chance to rave inside a preserved monumental chapel?!

Another can’t-miss event to look out for will be Hot Meal at Lofi, one of Amsterdam’s most notorious clubs. Moreover, Agents of Time, Genesi, and Paradoks will headline the Siona Records event at Het Sieraad. Finally, for a softer BPM experience, head to WestWeelde for We Are Lost featuring Franky Wah, Sasha, and Guy Mantzur.

Some events that need no introduction but will undoubtedly make history this year are AMF Festival and Awakenings. AMF boasts an unquestionably titanic lineup, including Hardwell, Armin Van Buuren, John Summit, Miss Monique, and Sara Landry. Spanning several days, Awakenings offers a range of artists and sub-genres, particularly Adam Beyer and Eli Brown, Chris Stussy, Joris Voorn, and Indira Paganotto.

For those perhaps still on the fence about whether to send ADE, now’s quite literally as good as ever. And for those unable to attend in 2025, fear not.
