Chris Avantgarde launches new label and reveals his debut Album ‘Hyperreal’ is on the way

Chris Avantgarde has unveiled his first full-length project and label, both titled ‘Hyperreal,’ with the lead single “Energy.”

Chris Avantgarde is stepping into a brand new era with the announcement of his debut album ‘Hyperreal,’ dropping in 2026. The project comes hand in hand with the launch of his own label, also called Hyperreal, created in partnership with Boom.Records. To kick things off, he’s dropped the first single “Energy,” already establishing itself as a club-weapon.

The announcement follows a massive summer for Chris, where he linked up with Anyma and Adam Beyer, played back-to-back with Enrico Sangiuliano and Kevin de Vries, and lit up stages at Ultra, EDC, and Tomorrowland. With so much momentum behind him, Hyperreal feels like the natural next step. “Energy” sets the tone, giving fans a glimpse of the high-powered sound he’s about to unleash.

In Chris’ own words, the album is all about versatility and freedom. He’s pulled inspiration from all corners of his career and tied it together into one flowing story. Even though the record experiments with different sounds, he promises it will still feel distinctly “Chris Avantgarde.”

“Energy” has already made waves across the scene, earning spins from Tiësto, Alesso, Pete Tong, and Adriatique. The six-minute cut is packed with hypnotic synths, tough basslines, and pulsing percussion that drive it straight into peak-time territory. It’s no surprise fans have been calling it one of the hottest IDs of the year.

While club bangers are his bread and butter, Chris’ reach goes far beyond the dancefloor. The German-born, London-based artist has scored music for films, trailers, and video games, even picking up ASCAP’s synch of the year award. His background in classical and jazz training gives his productions a unique cinematic edge that blends seamlessly with his club sound.

The Hyperreal label isn’t just about Chris, it’s also a platform for pushing new ideas and spotlighting other forward-thinking artists. With the label, album, and “Energy” all out in the world, Chris Avantgarde has officially kicked off one of the biggest chapters of his career.
