Ravers can adopt pets for free at Ultra Music Festival’s ‘Bayfront Bark’ event
Ultra Music Festival’s ‘Mission Home’ collaborates with Miami-Dade County Animal Services to present ‘Bayfront Bark.’
Ultra Music Festival successfully continues its effort to bring all the love back that Miami has poured into the festival through meaningful local partnerships. Previous virtuous partnerships have included the Miami-Dade County Sea Turtle Conservation Program, F-Fentanyl, and Debris Free Oceans, to name a few.
This month, Ultra Music Festival is proud to present ‘Bayfront Bark’ on June 21st, from 10 AM to 1 PM. This event aims to help South Florida residents (and ravers) find their forever new furry bestie. Moreover, the event will be held in the southeast corner of Bayfront’s Dog Park. Importantly, a valid photo ID is required for adoption purposes.
The renowned festival will collaborate with Bayfront Park, the City of Miami, the Miami Police Department, and the Miami-Dade County Animal Services for Bayfront Bark. All efforts will support local animal welfare and help connect pets to their fur-ever home with a loving family.
From its origin, Ultra’s Mission: Home project has implemented 61 initiatives, diverted nearly 400,000 pounds of waste from landfills, and eliminated 2.6 million single-use plastic items from entering the waste stream. In 2019, Ultra Music Festival created Mission: Home to reduce the festival’s environmental impact on Miami. As well, to inspire more sustainable practices throughout the live event industry.
To top it off, there will be ice cream and limited giveaways. To highlight, this incredible event includes Ultra Music Festival merchandise, pet products, and branded swag. Anyone is welcome to join the party and this mission to find these loving pets a new home.
One special dog up for adoption is playful Chase; his code is #A2617300. It seems Mr. Chase loves all booty scratches and knows how to work the angles on camera. Imagine coming home to the afters and you have angel-boy Chase with his belly out, ready for the most delicious scratches. What’s that sound you hear? Raver heaven?
