Solid Grooves celebrates 100th release with Michael Bibi’s ‘Lil Freaky’

Solid Grooves has reached a huge milestone for the record label, releasing its 100th track, ‘Lil Freaky’ by the one and only Michael Bibi 

Solid Grooves Records, a prominent label within the electronic dance music industry, is commemorating a major achievement with the launch of its 100th track, ‘Lil Freaky’. Established in 2015 by Michael Bibi and PAWSA, Solid Grooves has consistently delivered genre-defining music that resonates with fans globally. The centennial release, named “Summer Sampler 2025,” is a ten-track compilation that captures the label’s distinctive sound and includes contributions from notable artists such as Michael Bibi, PAWSA, Silvie Loto, Dennis Cruz, Ben Sterling, and Blackchild.

Michael Bibi’s track “Lil Freaky” showcases his groundbreaking production style. The track expertly blends infectious rhythms with engaging vocal hooks, representing the groove-centric philosophy that Solid Grooves embodies. PAWSA’s addition further enriches the compilation, highlighting the dynamic partnership between the label’s co-founders. Running from June 5 to October 2, this residency promises a series of thrilling events featuring an impressive lineup of artists. Attendees can anticipate performances from Bonobo, Carista, Fumiya Tanaka, Chris Stussy, Margaret Dygas, Apollonia, alongside the label’s co-founders, Michael Bibi and PAWSA. This residency highlights Solid Grooves’ influential role in the international dance music scene and its commitment to delivering outstanding clubbing experiences.

In addition to the residency in Ibiza, Solid Grooves is broadening its reach with significant events planned for the future. PAWSA is scheduled to host an all-day party at Gunnersbury Park in London on August 8, 2025, promising an unforgettable outdoor event for dance music fans. Furthermore, Michael Bibi will introduce his “One Life” party concept at London’s Silverworks Island in July, further showcasing the label’s dedication to organizing exceptional events that resonate with their devoted audience.
