Loco Dice drops his fourth studio album ‘Purple Jam’ featuring a Carl Cox collab
Loco Dice Has Delivered His Most Daring Album Yet with ‘Purple Jam,’ a boundary-breaking album featuring Carl Cox, Skrillex, and more.
Loco Dice continues to grow his discography by releasing ‘Purple Jam‘, his long-anticipated fourth studio album. The tracklist marks a pivotal moment in the Düsseldorf artist’s evolution, tracing a journey shaped by hip-hop grit, techno punch, and house music flow. With features including Carl Cox, Skrillex, and The Martinez Brothers, the house artist has crafted genre-defying music reflecting decades of dedication to the underground club culture.
The project has launched Dice into another landmark year, with recent performances at Coachella’s Quasar Stage and EDC Las Vegas with The Martinez Brothers further igniting momentum. From the album’s smoky intro to the emotive force of “Heavy Heart” featuring Skrillex and Fireboy DML, the release has showcased Loco Dice’s signature style: bold, boundaryless, and rooted in groove-heavy experimentation.

Tracks like “Purple Kawasaki” and “G Class” have fused braggadocio and bass with stunning precision, as European rap heavyweight Guè has brought polish to the house DJ’s rugged sonic terrain. Meanwhile, collaborations with Marco Carola on “High Roller” and Moxie Knox on “Just Do It” have underscored Dice’s ability to scale between stripped-down minimalism and full-blown dancefloor euphoria.
On the B-side, Loco Dice has embraced further rhythmic risk. “Blowin’ Up and Juice”, which features The Martinez Brothers and Trinidad James, delivers pulsating energy, while “Ice Cold Dealer” with Haftbefehl throws back to Dice’s hip-hop roots. The bass-heavy “Megalodon” has plunged listeners into deeper waters with its layered drums and seismic low-end.
Perhaps the most personal is a long-awaited reunion with Carl Cox that has brought Loco Dice full circle from his early Circoloco days, leading to countless B2B’s and adding “Road Runner” to the album. Getting closer, “Designer Kidz” with 1 Up Crew, has sealed Purple Jam as a futuristic, genre-melding statement.
With the newly released edition of ‘Purple Jam’ and a continuous addition to the underground house culture, Loco Dice has not only honored his legacy but also redefined it, staking his claim as an artist with no expiry date.
