What is Igloofest Montréal?
Igloofest Montréal has revealed its mega lineup for its 17th edition.
Igloofest Montréal has released the dates for this year’s event taking place from January 16 to February 8, 2025. This year, the festival will return to the heart of the Old Port, in Montréal. Artists from around the world will gather together for four weekends of incredible electronic music.
For its’ 17th edition, Igloofest will offer an additional tour called ‘A Monster Tour,’ which will travel across the Canadian province after the festival. From February 13-15, there will be events hosted in Gatineau and from March 6-8, there will be parties located in Quebec City. The multi-weekend event promises to be “the hottest party of your life!”
Weekend 1 of Igloofest includes performances by Michael Bibi, Apashe, Imanu, Claptone, Dombresky, and more. Weekend 2 kicks off with Bladee, Zeds Dead, Tape B, and Skepta performing. On Weekend 3, Bon Entendeur, Steve Angello, and Adriatique will be headlining.
Closing Weekend 4 and the end of the festival will be Mahmut Orhan, Maxi Meraki, Cloonee, Classmatric, Four Tet, and Avalon Emerson. Every Saturday during the festival’s four-week run, there will be a separate space for younger attendees to attend called Igloofête. Here, attendees will have free entry to another space that offers music, food, and other activities.
The festival has been in effect since 2007 and has had some of the most recognized DJs in the world perform at it. This includes Armin Van Buuren, Kaskade, Eric Prydz, Flume, Porter Robinson, Tiësto, and many more. It has been located at the Old Port of Montréal since its inception and has been a must-attend event for many years.
Tickets for Igloofest Montréal go on sale Wednesday, November 6th, at 11 am. Festival goers can stay tuned for updates on Aprés Ski, Igloofête in Montreal, Igloofest Gatineau, and Igloofest Quebec. More on the programming details will also be released soon and can be found on the Igloofest website.
