Inside SILO Dallas’ Stacked Opening Season Calendar

SILO is Redefining Dallas Nightlife with History and Innovation.

SILO is a brand new 30,000 square feet futuristic night club and multi-genre music venue that opened its doors in September, 2024. Located in Dallas’s Design District, the venue, originally a grain silo built in 1959, has been transformed into a futuristic space that blends industrial aesthetics with cutting-edge entertainment.

Owned and operated by Disco Donnie Presents, the masterminds behind festivals like Lights All night, Ubbi Dubbi, and Shaq’s Bass All-Stars, SILO was created to give the Dallas electronic music scene a permanent home. Their past success with festivals led them to create SILO as Dallas’s go-to venue for electronic music fans. SILO kicked off its opening weekend with two sold-out performances by Tiësto. Social media exploded with positive reactions from fans, praising the venue’s sound, lighting, and overall experience.

The 2024 calendar features some of the biggest names in electronic music, including Charlotte de Witte, Deadmau5, Eric Prydz, Fisher (sold out), and RL Grime. SILO is committed to featuring a variety of music genres, including house, techno, big room, electro house, grime, hip hop, and trap, making it a diverse hotspot for various music communities.

The venue boasts an impressive 40-foot national-sized stage and a 2mm video wall, accommodating up to 3,145 guests. SILO is rapidly becoming Dallas’ new nightlife hub. The renovations preserve the building’s vintage design elements while incorporating a modular layout that allows for a seamless experience for events of any kind.

SILO draws inspiration from historic venues like the State Palace Theater and the Hacienda, whose legacy in rave culture endures. Focusing on modern rave culture, SILO promotes gender neutrality and a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.

The team at SILO is already working on expanding the venue’s capabilities with plans for further architectural upgrades and the introduction of even more exciting events. Iconic artists like Amelie Lens, Nora En Pure, and Mau P are set to take the stage in early 2025, with more surprises to come as SILO continues its journey to becoming a staple of Dallas nightlife.
