Shadient suffers seizure and shocking injuries after a night of partying in Budapest

Shadient has informed fans of his recovery status after suffering from a seizure in the shower.

Shadient is on the road to recovery after having a seizure following attending a recent Budapest show. The 21-year-old London native suffered a brutal leg injury in addition to the unexpected convulsion. In 2023, Shadient publicly shared his battle with epilepsy and experienced this seizure because he partied,  “a little too hard” after his recent show with Nitepunk in Budapest.

While in the shower the day after his night out, he endured a seizure and “pushed [his] calf bones through [his ankle].” Because of this accident, he had to undergo surgery and was unable to leave Hungary for 5 days. He posted a picture of himself with a thumbs-up gesture indicating the surgery went well.

My favorite thing in the whole world is music and after hearing "One" by Swedish House Mafia for the first time in 2014, I was hooked on EDM. Dance music has been a large part of who I am and will always be searching for new ways to incorporate it in my life. The pure bliss that I feel from live shows is a feeling I never want to stop chasing (iykyk). Some of my favorite artists are Flume, Rüfüs Du Sol, Mindchatter, Disclosure, Dom Dolla and Fred Again.. :)
