Circus Records has unveiled “Noisy Boys,” a posthumous collaboration between dubstep legends Doctor P and Cookie Monsta. The track is a monumental moment in dubstep history, arriving nearly four years after Cookie Monsta, whose real name was Tony Cook, passed away in October 2020.
His death shook the electronic music community and remains unexplained, though Cook had previously shared his struggles with mental health. Cookie Monsta was one of the pioneering figures of dubstep, known for his raw, heavy basslines and aggressive, playful sound that helped define the genre.
