RÜFÜS DU SOL has announced their 5th studio album ‘Inhale / Exhale’ out October 11th.
RÜFÜS DU SOL has announced their forthcoming album ‘Inhale / Exhale,’ which will be out on October 11th. The release date comes with the news of the track, “Break My Love”. This is the third single featured on the album following “Music Is Better” and “Lately.”
This album has been highly anticipated ever since the Grammy-winning trio began to tease the new project in early summer. Now, Christmas has come early and fans will be able to own it the second week of October.
It has been revealed that ‘Inhale / Exhale’ will mark a new creative chapter for the band. However, it will still take influences from themes of romance, heartbreak, despair, and euphoria – which the group is famous for.
The album will feature 15 tracks which are bound to follow the emotive experience the group has created over the last decade. Their newest track, “Break My Love,” embodies the blissful emotion that every great love story has. The single also comes paired with an official music video, directed by Katzki. The video serves as a representation of the new era of the band’s storytelling journey. It has been three years since the Australian live electric group dropped, “Surrender.” Their fourth studio album features the Grammy award-winning record, “Alive.”
With the October 11th release date, the rumors could be true about a potential performance at The Sphere in Las Vegas. After circling the globe for two years for their “Surrender” Tour and playing this year’s new Quasar Stage at Coachella, it is evident the band isn’t slowing down anytime soon.
RÜFÜS DU SOL will be headlining the Portola Festival in San Francisco on September 28th. The next time they will be performing will be as headliners for all three South American editions of Lollapalooza in 2025. The countdown begins for their new batch of music and their fans are ready.
